About the company
Kerr Henderson (Consultants and Actuaries) Limited (formerly Kerr Henderson Hewitt Ltd) was established
in 1998 as a joint venture between Kerr Henderson (Financial Services) Limited (KHFS) and Hewitt
Associates (previously Bacon & Woodrow). From 1 July 2009 KHFS has taken over full ownership of the
company following the decision by Hewitt and KHFS to change their relationship from a joint venture
arrangement to a contractual one.
The restructuring of our relationship with Hewitt is an amicable one, and Hewitt will continue to
provide us with the same level of technical support as before. There will be no changes to our team
of professional staff or to the high level of service we provide our clients.
